Candle Masterclass
Enter with no experience and start the day by learning the history of candle making followed by an intensive hands on course where you will learn all the aspects of candle making, whether it is for your own pleasure or to start your dream career, it all begins here with me, Karen Allison.

Do not wear your Sunday best as this is manual hands on work, so a little splash may occur.
Included in the course is the use of beeswax, paraffin and soy wax. All materials are supplied for the course and are available to purchase for future making. Decoration of the candles is part of our day. Here you will learn how to decoupage, paint and press flowers onto the candles.

Shoemaking workshop
This two-day Shoemaking Workshop offers an unique experience to design and create your very own pair of leather Ballerina shoes. With a maximum of five attendees this hands-on weekend course will teach you all aspects of shoe making. Suitable for beginners through to craft enthusiasts of all levels.
In this course you will make a custom pattern to suit you alone. Learn how to cut and dye the leather, build and stitch your shoes, right up to the finished product ready to take home with you. You will choose your own colours and personalise your shoes with stamps and markers.

Cream Tea and Candles
This is for those of us ladies who like to lunch. Enjoy an afternoon of candle making with cream tea and homemade scones in the scenic Glen of Imaal studio.
Learn the art of candle making and how to decorate candles for your own home or as gifts for friends and family.

Nibbles and Wax evenings
Enjoy and evening of delicious nibbles with friends while learning the art of candle making. Gather a party of friends or colleagues and come along for a relaxing night by the stove with a little light music and lots of Crafty Craic with wax and wicks.
Relax with nibbles of pizza and cheese board. Bring a refreshment of your choice and enjoy a very different night out. This evening is ideal for office night out or a get together with friends.
